Senior bank manager on sex charge

A senior bank manager was arrested yesterday after his stepdaughter told police he had sexually assaulted her. According to police, the man, who lives in Barataria, works at a Port-of-Spain branch of a bank.

Police said the man’s stepdaughter, 13, told her sister about the alleged attacks. The teenager’s sister later convinced her to report the matter and they went to the Morvant Police Station. The police questioned the man and later arrested him. He is expected to appear before a Port-of Spain magistrate today.
