No serious injury, property damage or loss of life reported

A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck near Trinidad at 10.56 am on August 6. At this time, we are not aware of any reports of serious injury, damage to property or loss of life.
The seismic event was located north of Paria Peninsula, at 10.75°N 62.13°W.
The magnitude was 4.1 and depth 54km.
