A 31-year-old man whom relatives have described as a “people person” who goes out of his way to help others and does charity work for the community has been missing for almost a week. Robert “Peter” Navarro, of 10 Upper Hillside, Coffee Street, San Fernando, after receiving a call on his cellphone told his family and friends that he was going to meet someone up San Fernando Hill, at 1 pm, on Tuesday and would be back soon.
Navarro’s relatives said he left his cellphone at home and this was the first time he had done something like that. No one has seen or heard from him since. A missing person’s report was filed with the San Fernando CID on Wednesday, while family and friends continue to carry out searches of their own for the missing man.
Navarro is five feet, four inches tall, slim-built and weighs around 130 pounds. He is of light brown complexion and has dark brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a three-quarter pants, jersey and slippers, relatives said.
